October 2, 2008 – mediacity is excited to announce the hiring of Tim Weinberger as VP, Western Canada.

Tim is an experienced and well respected advertising industry leader, having spent over 25 years working for TV and Radio stations throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.  Previously, Tim was the General Sales Manager for Global TV in Edmonton over the past 13 years. 

In his new role with mediacity, Tim will be spearheading network and sales growth throughout Western Canada including expansion to Edmonton. Further, Tim will launch the company’s first ever Western Canada office out of Edmonton.  mediacity has two other offices across Canada, Toronto and Montreal.
